So Moving

From an early age we use our bodies to express ourselves: we jump with excitement, stamp our feet in anger, bow our heads in shame. As we grow older, we are expected to tone down our physical gestures, and spontaneous movements of our body become acceptable mainly on the dance floor. The exhibition "So Moving" presents contemporary and modern artworks that examine the richness of expression inherent in the movement of the body.

In this exhibition, everyone is invited to get onto the dance floor and do their own dance. There is no director or choreographer to instruct you or tell you how to move. The works in the exhibition invite you to imitate them and discover how motion can produce emotion; how to move with them and feel together by moving together. And above all, they suggest that we allow the body freedom to express itself, that is, ourselves.

Nice moves!
