Observation / The Field Observers of the Gaza Sector: A Video Installation

A video installation by filmmaker Talya Lavie (Zero Motivation), composed of ten testimonies by female IDF field observers who served along the Gaza border between 2016 and 2024. A powerful portrait of young women embedded within the military system. The work explores questions of responsibility and guilt, fate and chance, seeing and witnessing, and the fragile bonds of friendship forged on the edge of the abyss.

Running time: 60 minutes. Screenings start 15 minutes past the hour (beginning at 10:15)
