Enchanted (2007) | Director: Kevin Lima
107 min., Hebrew dubbing
Princess Giselle, who lives in the peaceful cartoon world of Andalasia, is engaged to marry the handsome but dimwitted Prince Edward. However, the prince’s stepmother opposes the upcoming marriage and to prevent it, pushes Giselle into a well. Giselle discovers that it contains a magical portal and, going through it, finds herself in the strange new world of Manhattan, in the real New York City. She tries to get used to the fast pace of reality and the big city and return to the fairytale world. The cartoon world and the real one are about to collide, and Giselle must choose between the prince she is betrothed to and the man she has fallen in love with in the new reality—and decide which universe she will live in.
