Judy Chicago: What If Women Ruled the World?
A physical and digital quilt woven from the voices of thousands worldwide, responding to the titular question: What If women ruled the world? Viewers are invited to add their voices to this evolving work to support gender equality and create social change creating a collective work evolving in real time-an ongoing artistic platform.
Ariel Hacohen: By the Rivers
Recipient of the 2024 Rappaport Prize for Art in Times of War.
Ariel Hacohen (born 1993, lives and works in Jerusalem) recreates the "Chorus of the Hebrew Slaves" from Giuseppe Verdi's opera Nabucco in a video installation that explores the impacts of war, including grief, loss, and displacement. Against the cyclical backdrop of sunrise and sunset, the artist's figure multiplies repeatedly, forming a unified chorus that mourns destruction while yearning for home.
Sasha Okun: Corpus
Sasha Okun's (b. 1949, Leningrad, present-day St. Petersburg) artistic practice is anchored in the tradition of classical European painting—from the Italian Renaissance, through Baroque and Rococo, to Realism and early modernism. His enduring dialogue with the past opens a window to the present, intertwining mythical moments with the bureaucratic monotony of everyday life.
