An Exhibition of Her Own / A tour through four exhibitions by leading women artists (in Hebrew)
A tour that brings together four exhibitions by groundbreaking women artists, currently on display within the museum’s walls: exhibitions by Maria Saleh Mahameed, Hannan Abu-Hussein, Bella Brisel, and Ruth Patir.
Through the works of artists from different generations and identities, we will journey between inner and outer landscapes, between the personal and the political, between rupture and healing—exploring the female body as witness, as arena, and as home.
The tour will shed light on points of contact between experiences of motherhood, politics, and mythology, opening a space for dialogue about identity, memory, and life within boundaries—both real and imagined.
This is an opportunity for renewed observation and discourse into the contours of diverse exhibitions.
